Monday Meeting Blood Groin Edition

Two words, buffalo prostitutes. That's the sort of meeting we had this week. Oh, Bax and your damn hooved whores, when will you ever learn?

Also, I was discovered to be both 3 stupid and master of the blood groin.

The big news of the meeting this week is that new games and supplements were approved for 2009 (which isn't all that far away for us, work wise ). There's some cool stuff on the horizon, and I'd love to tell you what it is...but Rich would kill me.

Now, onto the coundown:

I've got a final Scion: God proof and then that sucker's done. Woo-hoo! Still working on Dreams of the First Age and waiting anxiously on the arrival of The Compass of Celestial Direction, Vol. III--Yu-Shan back from Stephen Lea Sheppard. Art's trickling in for DotFA, and it looks pretty sweet. Also, looking for a replacement author for Joe Carriker on Roll of Glorious Divinity II, as he had to ditch the assignment for some new fulltime job he got.

Bax is helping me out, trying to keep a handle on the Abyssals drafts that are in now from the authors.

Brian's working the other end of the Scion: God proof. He's also labeling the great looking map of Creation in the First Age that'll be in the Dreams of the First Age boxed set, along with lettering the set's manga. In addition, he's art directing Scroll of Kings.

Ethan's still on top of Grimoire of Grimoires, as well as an SAS adventure he's writing for Changeling. He's also looking to replace Carriker on The Silver Ladder. I hope that Joe's new co-workers know what they're in for. Wait, they're who? Damn!

In that case, welcome aboard Joseph Carriker, Russell Bailey and Eddy Webb! I always believed in you.

Now back to the coundown.

Aileen has Rites of Spring almost resdy to proof, and she's reading over Banishers before art directing it. She's also doing warehouse requests for her artists (so stop hounding her already).

The matt is working on pay shedules, a bunch of proofs and the Scion: God cover.

Mike Chaney is so married, despite several escape attempts thwarted by the most secure restroom in Georgia. He's also wrapped up Changing Breeds, much to his great expletive-laden relief. Mwa-ha-ha-ha! is his work in progress, with pieces currently being colored for the game. V:TES art's also on the way for the next set, and Midnight Road is soon to be art directed.

Craig is wrapping up the last flow chart on Fall of the Camarilla for its SAS segment. He's also working on some thumbnail sketches for the Ventrue book.

Jess is working on rulebook layout for Mwa-ha-ha-ha! She's also working on the Meru guidebook of Dreams of the First Age.

Merry, meanwhile, is lost in a sea of Icelanders (only to become more pronounced at Fanfest in November). She's off to Essen Tuesday and meanwhile is shaking dudes down for money. She's alo still liasoning with Hero Labs for us. Also, she's full of lies! (whew, marriage saved)

Intern John is crazy for zombies! Crazy, i tells ya!

Intern Saleem on the other hand owes me a dollar because he can't yet handle cellular phone technology.

Rich meanwhile was sort of vague on what he has going on, but I know he had tons of meeting to attend and a finalized 2009 schedule to work on, and that's plenty.

Talk to you next week.
